Returns and Refund Policy

EleganceDeco.shop (http://elegancedeco.shop/) sells digital products only (Google Sheets templates, digital planners, and downloadable files). No physical items are shipped.

Digital delivery

After purchase, you will receive access to your digital download via:

• the order confirmation page, and/or
• an email containing a download link (depending on the product and checkout)

If you do not receive your download, please contact us at contact@elegancedeco.shop with your order number.

Change of mind / digital returns

Due to the nature of digital products (instant access and non-returnable files), all sales are final and we do not accept returns or refunds for change of mind.

Refunds (limited circumstances)

We may issue a refund only in the following situations:

1. Duplicate purchase (accidental multiple orders for the same item)
2. Download/access issues that we cannot resolve after providing reasonable support
3. Product not as described (material mismatch between the listing description and the delivered file)

Refund requests must be submitted within 7 days of purchase.

How to request support or a refund review

Email contact@elegancedeco.shop with:

• your order number
• the product name
• a clear description of the issue
• screenshots (if applicable)

We respond within 24 hours on business days (Mon–Fri, excluding holidays).

Chargebacks

If you experience an issue, please contact us first so we can assist you. Unresolved issues may be escalated, but we encourage customers to reach out before filing a chargeback so we can resolve it quickly.
